If we cannot agree on how to fix the issue, or if you decide not to use the internal complaints scheme, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) who can mediate on our behalf. Please keep in mind, if you have not come to us in the first instance, to address your concern, they are likely to suggest you contact us first.
